We process the following information that you provide us:

• Name (first and last name), e-mail address.
• Login information, possibly via Facebook if you choose (see Social media login)
• Subscription and payment information, via our payment provider (upon purchase).
• Images, if uploaded or downloaded via Facebook login.
• Messages in the internal messaging system.
• Other information, such as gender, age, etc. which are provided if completing your profile.

We store the time of your consent, upon complete creation of Login.

Information that we obtain through your use of the Service, but which is not linked specifically to you/your account (at this time):

When logging in with Facebook, Boliglejen.dk receives your name, profile picture and email address and/or phone number (depending on how your Facebook profile was created). We encourage you to read Facebook's personal data policy.

The purpose of our processing of your personal data:

• Register who you are (at registering) so that the right communication channels can be established between you and other users/Boliglejen.dk.
• To be able to complete payments, when creating a subscription.
• Market own products, send e-mails with relevant homes, sending information about new inquiries about rental properties or about unread messages in the inbox.
• Statistical purposes to improve our service.
• In order to be able to exclude you from using Boliglejen.dk, at violation of the terms and/or legislation.
• To be able to present your rental property(s) if you wish to advertise with us.

The processing takes place in accordance with article 6 stk. para. 1, a, b and f of the GDPR and §13 para. 1, in the Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven):

• a): The data subject has given consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
• b): Processing is necessary in consideration of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the implementation of measures taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract.
• f): Processing is necessary for the data controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest^*, unless the data subject's interests or fundamental rights and freedoms that requires the protection of personal data, takes precedence over this, especially if the data subject is a child. The first paragraph, letter f, does not apply to processing carried out by public authorities as part of the execution of their tasks.
• §13, para. 1): A company may not pass on information about a consumer to another company for use in direct marketing or use the information on behalf of another company for this purpose, unless the consumer has given his express consent to this.

^(*) "Legitimate interest" would for example be: Preventing misuse of the site and ensure our users are not deceived by fake landlords etc.

We store personal data for as long as necessary, according to law and in relation to being able to support the purpose of our service.

Prevention of fake landlords/abuse: Deletion will take place 2 years after the time of request. Information regarding purchases are deleted after 5 years for tax purposes.

Only the information that appears in your profile and any leases/advertisements, are passed on to other users of Boliglejen.dk. This covers information intended to fulfill the purpose of the site.

We only pass on contact information, as provided by you, to housing seekers who make inquiries through our service for this purpose. Or to business partners to whom you have actively given consent. In addition, we do not disclose this information otherwise.

Should we be required by law, we will be able to pass on necessary information to the right recipients. For example, in fraud cases and disputes.

Other recipients of information, and to the extent relevant, their subprocessors:

• NETS (payment provider) - For payment transactions.
• Google / Google Analytics - For statistical data with cookie-based consent and to verify you're not a robot.
• Mailjet - For sending e-mails.
• Hosting suppliers - For our website/databases infrastructure.
